About BIPC

Bacnotan Industrial Park Corporation (BIPC) is the industrial properties development arm of PHINMA, a diversified Philippine business group engaged in energy and mining, property-and-shelter, education and financial services, among others.

Batangas Union Industrial Park (BUIP) is the first development venture of BIPC. The industrial park is located in Calaca, Batangas, south of Metro Manila. It has its own port facility capable of handling vessels of up to 14 meters draft. The industrial park is designed to host light to heavy industries.

The major shareholders of BIPC are Bacnotan Consolidated Industries, Inc. which owns 60% equity share and Trans-Asia Oil and Energy Development Corporation with 30%. Both are listed companies in the Philippine Stock Exchange.
